• To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, with original packaging intact.

• Certain items, such as digital downloads, custom/personalized products, and sale items, are non-returnable.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about approval.

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.

3. Exchanges
